RACE KIT COLLECTION

2) Date : 10 March 2018
Time : 6:00 am - 7:00 am
Venue : Dataran Muadzam Shah
(Any changes of place for race kit collection will be notified/Segala perubahan tempat untuk pengambilan race kit akan dimaklumkan)
(Please bring the receipt of payment as proof on the day taking the race kit/Sila bawa resit pembayaran sebagai bukti ketika pengambilan race kit)

A - Fun Run "5km" (open)
B - Race Run "10km" (men open)
C - Race Run "10km" (women open)
TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
2. Participants under the age of 18 years must obtain parent's consent / Peserta dibawah umur 18 tahun hendaklah mendapatkan kebenaran ibu bapa.
3. Participant are required to follow the routes which has been set by the organizer/ Peserta perlu mematuhi laluan yang telah ditetapkan oleh penganjur.
4. The participation fee is as follows/Yuran penyertaan ialah seperti berikut :
(i) RM 35 Fun Run (5km)
(ii) RM 55 Race Run (10km)
5. The entry fee will not be refunded for any last minute cancellation ( a week before ) / Yuran penyertaan tidak akan dikembalikan untuk sebarang pembatalan minit terakhir ( seminggu sebelum )
6. Participants need to ensure that they are healthy to participate in this event and do not have any chronic Diseases / Peserta perlu mempunyai tahap kesihatan yang baik dan tidak mempunyai sebarang penyakit yang kronik.
7. All risks and accidents involving participants in the run is the responsibility of the participants themselves. The organizer will not be responsible for all losses involving bodily injuries or property damage / Segala risiko dan kemalangan yang membabitkan peserta dalam larian adalah tanggungjawab peserta sendiri. Pihak penganjur tidak akan bertanggungjawab atas segala kerugian yang membabitkan kecederaan tubuh badan atau kerosakan harta benda.
8. Participants are required to wear a complete sportwears to participate in this run / Peserta perlu memakai pakaian sukan yang lengkap untuk menyertai larian ini.
9. The run is calculated complete from the release point, across the checkpoint and arrival at the finish line / Larian dikira lengkap bermula dari tempat pelepasan, merentasi titik checkpoint dan tiba ke garisan penamat.
10. Incomplete or false information will cause the participants to lose the qualification to join this run / Maklumat yang tidak lengkap atau palsu akan menyebabkan peserta hilang kelayakan untuk menyertai larian ini.
